Last Monday (19.12.2011) I called to customer care regarding the error code SM2. They told we will send service engineer to your home.

The service engineer came and rectified my problem and he asked 100Rs as visiting charge without providing any receipt. I replied to that engineer I will not give any money satellite migration is your problem you must rectify free of cost but he is not accepting my word so he again changed the dish position to wrong angle and simply went out from my home, Again I called to customer care they told no need to give money please provide the information about that engineer we will make a complaint and again we will dispatch engineer to your home. After that no one is come to my home to solve this problem. The compliant is going totally waste no one taking action about this issue. one week is over. I am thinking to disconnect my all airtel services (DTH, wi-fi, mobile service). because of the worst behavior of the service engineer.
