I had requested for an Airtel DTH connection at my below flat address, by paying Rs.1440/- on 06th Sept.

On 23rd Sept, I received an email from [email protected] stating that installation is not possible in my area due to "signal problem" and that they have put my case in refund process.
Even after repeated reminders, I have not received the refund.
