Dear Sir,

In spite of so many call and complain, your entire team is just paying with your system and the customer is getting sufferer.

The development is:

1. No one in the customer care is attending the call, just saying thanks and cutting the call, or the system is so bad the call is getting cut, or the people are so cleaver that just increasing the no. of calls they are making and fooling your esteemed system.

2. You are giving false claim that your people are afraid of comming to Sector 21, Kharghar because they assume that they will be beaten by local people. Please note, your people may be right either they have cheated a number of people in this area or connected with anti social groups or due to your extreme poor service they are expecting good treatment from the area or even they actually on leave, just fooling you around.

3. I have paid in advance and still can not use your service since mid of June though it is recorded from 22nd June. Hence not only just for compensesion, we will go for consumer right and all possible ethical, social and media way to expose the level of service you are providing.

I do not like to extend my time frame, if I see so senior person is going to take the action except the parroting style readymade words, just see what a common man can do.

I do request to all other service provider also to provide good service, because my small and modest action may cost you dear.
