Resuming of services pending after 4 days

My Airtel Digital TV costumer id is 30018869. I had logged a request in Airtel Digital TV for my Location shifting some 10 days back and for suspending my services for a period. After repeated calls and follow ups no body came to dismantle the antenna but the idiots suspended my services, Finally after 1 weeks followup I asked them to cancell my request for location change and at least resume my services. Again after repeated follow ups and my services have not yet been resumed. I have recieved multiple request numbers (2614659, 2624241) but they still seem to be unable to resolve the issue. I feel pity for the boys and girls sitting in the call center and taking calls, they repeatedly say that they are sorry, but I think the company should be sorry for making them work in such condations.

My TV services are still suspended and I am not able to find any responsible and concerned officer or person in airtel. They don't have an escalation process and there seems to be a total system failure as everytime I call them they give me a new time limit. Hope somebody is there working on issues like thisor one day Mr. Mittal would be on a fault finding mission for the failure of his venture. We are theone paying for all your salaries and at least deserve a genuien effort, a proper concern, a proper explaination and somebody who can hear and resolve. I wish there is somebody responsible reading this.
