Closed the digital tv account - But not got the balance amount - Balance amount day by day decreasing Rs 3.90

Hi My name sreenivas, I have disconnected the airtel digital tv account on january 24. They had taken my dish and set top from me. They promised me within 14 days they will send the balance amount to my addreess. Till now they have not send the balance amount to my address. I have called up so many times to customer care. Every time they were telling the same thing they will send within 14 days. alomst 1 month over. No use calling customer care.

more over they took my set top box and dish and smart card from me. Also you have given the same hardware (same set top box, same smart card and dish)) to new customer name antony. I have to get my balance amount Rs 379 as of 24th january. But every day hey were deducting Rs3.90 from my account. kindly help me get 370 to me. They were blaming the balance amount and deducting Rs3.90 every day even after closed the account also
