Iam Prakashbabu having purchased airtel digital tv bearing id.no.03000703104, i had recharged Rs.150 on date 30/04 at dealer id 16928088, but dealer has recharged worngly to id.no.03000743104, regarding this i have already placed complaint on same day (30/4) at airtel digital tv office, near prakash theatre, gulbarga and they had promised me of refunding in 48hrs but 26 days have past iam still waiting for my refund, kindly help me in this regard.
