My customer id is 3005051143. From last two days I am not able to view any of the channel on my Airtel digital TV due to error code B001. Firstly when i contacted to CC they told me that this problem persist at broadcaster. After 24 hrs still the problem is same. then i checked for cable connections, Power off & on of STB. but still problem is same...
Today morning i switched on my TV & STB but the system hanged out on loading screen of Airtel Digital TV...& continuous error display on the screen & not able to change the channels too. So i called CC & lodged the complaint about the issue. I am yet to receive complaint number from Airtel. Service center is not responding the calls. please anyone tell me why should one believe Airtel for their good customer support when they are not taking the customers problems seriously. How could they satisfy their customer with this kind of service..???
