No 5.1 Surround Sound

There's no 5.1 Surround Sound in Dolby Digital Plus Format from the HD STB for Star Plus Channel,

only PCM 2.0 audio signal, even though the STB is connected via HDMI Cable to my KENWOOD Receiver...
