Cancel all weakoff in national holday

Hello sir

my name is satya nand prasad. i live at kolkata. i m doing the work at outbound process in vodafone, i m satisfy this job.but some matter are not good. where i m doing the job here not any weak off the national holiday.if any month has 4-5 weaks then i had to do the work at sunday. that is not fare.

sir i want request to you plz help me. and stop this type work and give us all sunday weak off and national holiday. and stop the sunday work. my company name is NEXUS PVT LTD. kolkata.my Boss name is Neeraj Poddar, and HRA name is shuriti.
