Always deduct my prepaid amount without any reason

Without any activation you always deduct my account. Why? I complained on 19/9/10 to Miss/Mrs. Rahmati and again on 20/9/10 to Mr. Pradeep with complain no.137029786 at 8.23 a.m. But in vain. You didn't take action. After that you deducted my account on 22/9/10. I tried to consult your customer-care but failed to connet.

Pease take action and reply me why are you deducting my account. Please return my amount in my account.
