Ill not received, taste of water is not good

i have purchased pureit Rs.- by helpline no. before 2 month, and i have not received any my pureit bill whose send by courier (as per your executive words), I have complaint to customer care but result is zero.

your proudct is useless (dibba) for me at present.

At last, please solve my problem otherwise i will goto court.
