Wrong Order Delivered, Faulty Payment

I have just received a consignment today (6th July) of my order whose details are as follows:

I would like to complain that I had ordered an HP Laptop (1 no.) of amount Rs. 15000/- only. while I have been delivered 2 packages of a different product company with a different Configuration than i was told on the Phone. The phone that was promised was a blackberry phone. The total order as that notified during order and verification calls was Rs. 29, 999/-. Also I have been Charged an excess of Rs.32, 998/- on my ICICI Credit Card no. 4477 4737 7719 1003. Kindly inform me as to how i should return the package and get the correct order or else refund my amount. In event of no response I shall be forced to take alternate legal action against India Today group.

The phone no. that I ordered on was 011-244941500. The agent was Mr. Rajesh Naik. The transaction IDs as conveyed to me were:

while another transaction was made on 02/07 of Rs.13, 990/-
