Negligence of duty

Last month 2 puppies were picked from my building sagar park in ghatkopar (w) by dog catching team of Mr. Parab (Dog control squad - mulund), on enquired by me they told me that they are taking them to IDA in govandi and will drop them in 4 days. I was in follow up with IDA that they be dropped back to my building without any harm. I met MR. Parab and after assurance from him and inspite of taking Rs 500 from me they dropped the puppies to other location and went away. now after my repeated complaints to Dog control squad on 02225618000 and Mr. Parab on 8097756988 they are not dropping the puppies back to the building as the puppies are being harmed by the stray dogs. So please look in to the matter and take action against the guilty.
