Leaking gas cylinde

The gas cylinder delivered on 24/07 was opened for usage on 13/08 but the cylinder was found to be leaking. The krishi vihar was told about the problem at 12 p.m. and they said that the cylinder would be replaced in about an hour. However, nobody came to replace the cylinder and several phone were made to the office and they repeated the same reply that the employee is on his way.nobody turned up on 13/08 and when they were called on 14/08 they misbehaved and said that go file a complaint against us, we dont care.
