Menace of stray dogs

Sir,

I want to compllain about the menace of stray dog in and around our new society. These dog bark and run after almost every person in the night. In last few days we saw many cases of dog bite that too on the house maids. We can imagine how expasive is to take anti rabies treatment. Your sterlasation programme is not working.

Kindly do something urgently.
