Dog menace

There are many sick dogs in the cooper hospital [juhu] campus... they need to be taken away as one is showing behavioral changes- which may be initial stages of rabies..inspite of being a BMC-run hosp., there is no respite..some other canines have bleeding wounds n skin infections with fleas hovering around 'em..

will anyone help us before they bite us??
