Open drainages & Stray dogs nuisance

I am Vinitha Vincent residing at No.28, VIVINS, B Main, Giddamma Layout, Akash Nagar, A Narayanapura, Bangalore - 560016. (near to K R Puram Rly Station). We are residing from the past 10 years. We have paid upto date property tax and paid Kaveri water charges of Rs.10000/-, betterment charges etc but for no vain. we are not at all benefited by any ways.

We are suffering from lots of problems. We require your help in solving the same.

1. Open drainages surrounding our house due to which there are lots of mosquitoes.

2. Stray dogs nuisance - cant sleep at night they keep howling and barking throughout the night

3. No proper water facilities - we buy water from tankers and now due to summer they started charging us Rs.700/- per water tanker - 3800 ltrs.

Please help us to solve these issues.
