Ad treatment of cow on delivery

Sir, our cow war got pregnant by artificial method of productivity for better species. But nobody of hospital departmental memaer never care her again. And at the last movement on 5th feb doctor was going to leave. We make many call for him by mobile and he was absent. That cow was live verry criticaly for three days lied on floor uncounssiouse then I make a call for CMO Pauri, he send doctor late evening and after cow was dead. We request for death claim. Than they said that we must hav im. But they they roundig us arround the hospital and finaly they make decison that dont have any provision in our state. Please help us.
