Worst customer service-email threat!

The sales team at www.makemyhobby.com do not have the right to insult any customer. i do not know if the following email from them is acceptable by any standard? i hope this company must weed out the arrogant elements and not make customers feel upset by their petty mindedness. wonder if they are part of the mafia / online terrorists?

It looks like you dont read, its already given shipping to available destination only. You are speaking as if Madurai is New Delhi and we dont ship. We ship by air if you can afford for Rs.1500/box plus packing/handling charges extra.
