Materials not supplied along with document

My house hold materials shifted from new delhi dwarka to vashi navi mumbai (13/2-7/03) through kisan sharma (9811455981).

During shifting 01 nos steel rack and gas chulha are not reached and they are not given the Insurance papaer also.

I required Insurance paper with bill for reimbrusement from my compny. But Mr. sharma only giving the dates for sending of materials and documents but till date they are sended. When I call regarding that they give simple answer you give your adds detail and I am out of station.

As a good compny it is your duty without any complain you shift the all materials along with all document in proper responsability but Maximum quality not with your compny

If possible kindlly do something.
