Items not received after making payment

I am from Bangalore. I have ordered items worth Rs. 6000.00 Plants and Drift wood. I was told that the items will ship in 15 days time as the plants I have ordered need to be quarantined. Agreed. However, I have been making repeated requests on the Contact Us form of the website, but have received no responses so far and neither has my order been shipped. For Ref.: my order nos are 7765 and 7767. All I see in my orer status is LEAD TIME... God alone knows whether they will ever send me my order or not. If there is anybody out there who could possibly help me in this regard, please let me know. Also there is no phone number where I could speak directly to somebody there...
