Stray Dogs, what else?

Sir, Madam,

There are too many stray dogs. We CANNOT risk lives of children and elderly as many of them have been bitten by dogs and have had to take injections. How do we know there will not be rabid sick dog next time?

WHY is there no challaan if people feed stray dogs and why is there no supervision of MCD dog catcher., He comes when BIG complaints happena nd then says _ I cant find dogs. What is that supposed to be? You stay, watch and wait and catch them all. There are at least 30 dogs in the early morning when going for walk of at bus stop waiting for school bus. WE WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER if no one cares. From,
