Unauthorised shed for pets

Respected sir,

I'm the resident of VILLAGE TIHAR, P.O BOX TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI-110018 STREET NO. 4.this is to hereby inform you that in our residence colony there is a unauthorised constructed shed from last 7 year which they were used for cows,

buffalows, goats, horses and hen and other animals and sometimes they use to play cards {gambling} in shed and fight loudly regularly and they also sale drugs[ganja, afeem]in his hotel and even they don't clean the shits of their pets which was lying in our compound .the owner of that building is ISHAQ, and building name is "ISHAQ GHODI WALA" appart of that they havig a hotel in his building and they use to cook meat everyday and cut goats and other pets openly this all criminal activities are going in our resedential area i'think which was not good for our community and for our nation.many of times mcd persons came for destruction of shed but i'don't know why they don't do after meeting with ishaq, i'hope MCD will take some serious action, its my humble request to MCD as a small citizen of delhi ph no'9212535455
