Stray dog menace at New Rajinder Nagar

Most lanes in the double storey area of new rajinder nagar are hounded by stray dogs, especially near Big apple and the lane opposite to that.. They chase people travelling in cars/two wheelers. Children are especially vulnerable.

They bark through out the night, It is very dangerous to have them around as frequent incidences of dog bites are seen. Rabies has no cure as of now. there are 1-2 cases of people surviving rabies in the whole world.

The worst part is some people feed their garbage to the dogs at night and this worsens the situation. The authorities must locate every stray dog and take them to the dog pound and warn the people who indulge in feeding activities before someone falls victim to rabies or gets disfigured because of bites.
