To whomever it may concern,

The street dogs in our area has been multiplied tremendously in a couple of days, leading to discomfort to the society. It is terrific at night, and we are unable to have a calm sleep out of our frustrated day work. They keep howling and barking at night. Kindly, do the needful at earliest.
