My name is Saghir Ahmed living in C-1 Palika Niwas, Lodhi Colony, delhi - 3. There are so many street dog and whole night they fight and make loud sound and they distroy the many things, grass and plants of our parks which we have to maintain every day. Kindly send the dog catcher to catch them. we are very fadeup of them. plz look into my complaint.
