Hi

i want to complaint about our neighbour who lives at E4/4 TOP FLOOR MALVIYA NAGAR

they had 2 dogs one died of their cruelty and another is still going thru it ..they tie him up n let him bark for hours dont feed him thats why he is like a skeleton and in rains or in heat they always tie him down outside... The dog cries all day long yesterday he was crying coz he was tied outside in the rain and was scared.but his master or master's wife did not do anything about it.they do not tret the dog good plz HELP HIM .

HE IS JUST A DO CAN NOT SPEAK PLZ DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO HIM AND SAVE HIM

FOR GOD SAKE! BE HIS ANGEL AND SAVE HIM
