Noise pollution (barking dogs)
Stray dogs barking through the entire night

I am a resident of Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bangalore. There is a group of 15-20 stray dogs in this area. They keep barking and howling all throughout the night making it very difficult for us to sleep.

Where should we go to complaint regarding such loud noise pollution?
