I visited the website & ordered Fish Food through NEFT on 20-07. The owner (Mr. Gautam Jaiswal) replied after several reminders acknowledged that my consignment will be dispatched on 12th Aug'11. After this there is no response to the mails. No confirmations.

Please let me know what can be done about these kind of frauds???
