There is a Particular Pet Dog that has been Barking Non Stop from Early Morning 6 o clock till midnight 12 o clock. I Hope the BBMP will come up with some ways of Putting an End to this Meance where in Pet Dog Owners Let their Pet Dogs to Bark from Early Morning 6 o clock to Midnight 12 o clock.
