Verification and activation

This is Amar Singh working for Reliance. Last fortnight (26/07/08) I took a postpaid connection from the dealer who sits in RCP (His name is Shoaib). I gave complete details regarding my stay in Nerul. On Monday (i.e on 28/-7/08), I received a call saying that some official will visit me at the office. But he didn't come and told me that he will meet me at the home, but all in vain. My account was activated on Wednesday (i.e on 30/07/08) and it was again deactivated on saturday (02/08/08). When I inquired regarding the problem from customer care they said that it was due to verification problem. From then till now (08/08/08) my account has not been activated and every day I visit they say that it will get activated today...
