3-6 Weeks Back. its stop functioning and not working.

Giving a lot of noise.

i tried contacting Asian Sky Shop from where i purchased. but they dont taking the sitution seriously and now not responding to my e-mails and phone calles.

they put me on hold. and this way they cheated me.

kindly let me know what to do with them?
