Fake product

I have recive the product instyler on july 30th, while opening the found broken so i informed them, they spoke to me very rudly and they were not ready to give their address.they got my money inside the pack there was no bill& warentycard.so send the fake instyler back to them.twice they send me fake&unsealed box without packing and it was opening on both the sides.each time they give surity about goodproduct but they send me ones broken, 2nd time old used and rusted, 3rd time not working.so now what should do.

so please stop this kind of product and file case on them, so infuture they can"t cheat anybody.so please band Atek enterpries company.see that they can"t sell any of the product.

I hope i will get the justice as early as possible.
