Cheating by sending a different and very cheap product

I got one mail from bag it today saying that I won a box of jewelry of 3999/- and I had to pay only the shipping cost. I was OK, though the shipping cost was way too high, 399/-. I received the packet and the box (there is no box!) consist of junk jewelry which any one can get it in any corner for 30 - 40 bucks. Today I called their customer care and they are telling me to send the product to their office at new delhi. Now why should I do all these things to send to them? They have sent me a totally different product and it is their responsibility to replace it without involving/harassing me or to refund for the same. I am not going to send it to their office.
