OMG Where do I start... I ordered 3kg of hair because a few women on a hair forum thought the hair was nice. What did I receive??? Horse hair or hair from a Yak... The hair would not color, and it just balled up and matted up and all of it was unusable. When I contacted Narasiman Nandakumar and told me that their hair wouldn't do that and he offered me no recourse. I had to throw the hair away, but I could use it as a brillo pad to clean my engine. WASTE OF MONEY..
