I have so many complaints with this bodycare that i am really confused where to start with.

1. Filthy towels they use. They keep reusing the same towel for all customers after giving any body service like lypo tucks, body polish, body spa.

2. People on reception show attitude when you want a date for service as if they r paying for the services not us! :-|

3. Even after taking an appointment they'll make you wait for 30-40 min at least and if you are late by even 10 minutes, then you have made the biggest mistake of your life and their "management" gets disturbed!

4. At the time of taking money, they promise to be co-operative. But when its time to act, then plz, they have so many customers and they are helpless.

5. I was promised that my account will be transferred to Bangalore from Noida as I planned to move post-marriage. They made me take a big package and said it wont get wasted because I can continue taking services in Bangalore. Now that I have moved here, I have been calling them for the past 2 months, daily and they still happen to have stuck somewhere and are unable to transfer tha account. When I call them, they toss me around between corporate office and manager at Noida centre. I have to call both the centers alternately and give "attendence" daily at one office for sure. I guess they are waiting for me to give up and leave hope of getting services against my hard earned money.

I realize it was a big mistake taking any service from them. I have never seen such a mismanagement and ignorance towards clients. I feel like suing them. Worst part is that they dint even have a website of their own where u can leave a feedback and no way of reaching the top management to complain. Feeling helpless and frustrated!
