Bridal Package
Information denied

Please note that I had visited the Lakme Beauty Salon branch on the 7th May at 7.15 pm for Bridal package information. I was outrightly denied information claiming that everyone was busy, I was asked to come the next day, as i did not have time to visit the next day, I insisted for information the same evening. To my utter surprise the lady at the reception denied to give me any information. I was not even asked to wait or given any pamphlet!

Lakme salon is a premium brand parlour and i was taken a back by this kind of behavior from them. I demand a written apology.

I had visited the Salt Lake, Kolkata branch of Lakme.
