On18th April purchased gold ear rings of 22 C from Tara jwellers Ltd. Branch Solapur (Maharashtra). The screw is not working. {Company describes self and advertised a lot for their product & its purity, design etc. Company assured good quality for its products. For that it charges more} The screw of one piece is not working. It is produced to the Br. where it is purchased with receipt. The branch staff told that it is only selled which Co. supplies to branch. Further advised to buy more weight ornament instead of the sold ear ring. How much trust and reality the Co. has?
