Glass broken

I, S.k. Krishna kumar residing at chennai purchased the watch during unfortunately the glass got broken. So when i gave it for service to change the glass they kept the watch for about 15 days & said that the particular models glass is not available at the factory itself. Hence I want to know why that particular brand was sold when u don't have the option of changing new spares or repairing it. Now i need a solution of repairing it, as the showroom people had told me that they can take the watch back & pay only 25% of the cost. I bought the watch for Rs.3500 but they pay me only 25% & if at all i give it for service & to change the glass it will cost me Rs.200.So I kindly request you to consider my complaint & do yhe needfull.
