Strap joints are coming out/easy scratchable glass

The steel strap of my ecodrive wr100 is losing joint pieces one by one. The glass is also yielding to small scratches. These all are the facts about a watch brought for 20k and above.and also it doesn't show the right month (what a joke?)and our citizen guys doesn't respond to my mail
