Make my hair more damaged

I have been using Dove shampoo hair fall n conditioner since 2007. but at present i have bought new NOURISHING OIL CARE. now the problem is my hair became more damaged, dry, rough and split ended day by day... n hair fall also increased at severe level. This isn't not only my problem but my other family members are facing the same prob. Can you guide me now what should i do? Batch num of this shampoo bottle is Y1 B079. Please guide me..
