Cheating on all counts

Last January I had joined for a weight loss program with her. Initially she gave me 40 inches all over the body along with 10 kgs. loss. I had mentioned to them that I had to travel a lot due my involvement with an NGO. so she had agreed for unlimited validity provided i maintained my last weight. Though on paper she would keep a validity which she will keep extending. In between she coaxed me into taking detox I agreed for 30 detox. Believe me nothing really happened. In fact the body became loose after the detox. The fool that I am, I paid another 20, 000 to her last July for 30 inches along with 5 special detox. The validity was supposed to be unlimited again due to the nature of my commitments with this NGO. From then not only have my travelling increased, but my husband and daughter had to be hospitalized due to ill health. I couldn't be regular, I kept them informed and they reassured me that I could go back to them whenever possible as I was always maintaining my weight When I went to them in the 3rd week of April after a gap of about 20 days They informed me that my plan would expire on 30 April. Prior to this I would like to infom you that the measurements that they have been taking were incorrect and I pointed it out and shamelessly they changed the same. I even doubt the weighing scale. As on the 3rd week of April I had lost 15 inches and had taken only ONE detox. They still owe me the 15 inch loss and 4 more Special Detox for which I have paid up in July '11. I have asked them to return the money as I have lost faith i them, Dr. Bhavna has also changed her cell number. There is no way I can contact her and confront her. Anyways I have witnessed her being extremely rude to her staff, and coaxing them to do malpractice by taking wrong measurements. I want my money back from her.
