Gold is not pure

I have purchased a Gold ring from Suraj Bhan jewellers at Charminar one year back. After one month of purchasing i found that the gold is not pure. The dealer is refusing to exchange or giving back the amount . i Have receipt also. How to complaint in consumer court.
