BAD WAYS TO HANDLE MISHAPS

Experience at Enrich Mulund. My extenso treatment by stylist Ms. Ranjita went wrong in Diwali. A chunk of hair became really rough n developed kinks/bends Instead of being polite, the manager, Ms. Janhavi asked me to have a hair cut. When i refused, she said the hair dont really seem that rough or brittle. I paid 8500 for the treatment & getting such a response is bad. After arguing i was asked to undergo cuticle treatment. When I asked, Y should I pay for their mistakes?? Ms. Janhavi responded, i will get back to you with the BEST POSSIBLE solution. The call never came. Such bad service!!! Phew!!!
