The recent Fair & Lovely advt on the popular television channels is quite misleading. While the spoken words and the visuals explicitly state that the product is equivalent to or same as getting several clinical procedures sone, there is a very small fine print that confirms just the opposite. Also, this fine print will be missed by most viewers, as it is in very fine print and appears for a very short flash in comparison to all the contrary claims being made in the commercial. Also, the language of spoken words in this commercial is HINDI whereas the disclaimer in fine print is in English. This is certainly not expected from reputed industrial houses.
