Fastrack watch model No. N1172SM03 N699 ( MRP Rs.@, 395/-)
Watch was found damaged

I had purchased 'fastrack watch model No. N1172SM03' from The Watch Store, Big Bazaar, Sarda Mill, Savedi, Ahmednagar - 414003, Mobile: 91 9404319852.

I also had received from the same watch store the 1 year guarantee & 1 year free service. On the next day I found the date system was not functioning properly.

I went to same store where I had purchased my watch to show them regarding that problem. They told me this is manufacturing defect by fastrack company so, they can't replace that one. when I asked them about solution, they told me they have another watch store called 'Amit Watch' another location of same city they will do repair.

I repaired that watch of that issue but, my newly bought watch scratched from top & bottom side. I am not happy with this type of services by fastrack distributor.

I expecting that watch shall be replaced & justice.
