Cheating under the weight loss tablets

I buy BIOCAPTOL (New) Qty. 3 in Rs. 2990 Rs. 340 pck and forwarding,

I taken taken upto 8 days. But instade of weight reduction it give gas trouble in stumoke and rise weight 1 kg. I called to their customer complaint number but that comes contineously enguage (may be out of order or purposely they are keeping it) They don't want to give money back. and their order booking number is working. After return tablets by couriers, I put my complaint their order booking executive. He said I will forward your complaint to customer complaints dept. and you will get call by 3 pm. but they haven't call me. I am doing same since from last 25 days but no use. no call and no money back. This is a fraud company. And cheating the peoples and playing with their sentiments and their health.
