Cannot squeeze out gel from the gel can

I bought a Gillette gel 196gm (200ml) can from varkeys supermarket for rs. 246.50, mfg yr 05/09. After using about 4 or 5 days there was a sound of air entering the can through the valve at the bottom which lasted about 12 hrs. Afterthat it is found that the mechanical system which helps to squeeze out the gel was not working. We request the company to replace the gel.
