Treating a customer is important

Hi

I am Haripriya living in Chromepet, Chennai.

Happened to visit your store at Hastinapuram, Chennai few months back after its launch.

It was really good in terms of infrastructure and the catalogue offered to me with combo offers was damn good.

The next time when i visited i was asked to sit in the lounge there for 10 minutes and from there i was asked to go inside the women's section.

There was only 2 customers one doing hair cut and the other with hair dye.

No one cared about me waiting there nearly for fifteen minutes and never bothered at least to ask me

about the service i'm waiting to get.

Are there only 2 staffs there for the women's section??

It was so disappointing.

I got frustrated and immediately left the salon the next moment.

Maintaining a good infrastructure and ambiance with great catalogue is not only enough.

The way a customer is been treated is more important.

The incident has created an impression in mind that i will never ever visit the salon again and will not even recommend it to others.
