Refund of amount paid

This is to bring to your notice that i Mrs Seema Kapoor residing in north delhi subscribed for HFT treatment at your punjabi bagh outlet for Rs 5000/-. I was convinced by Dr. Singh to buy your package despite my resistance he forced me to do so.

Thereby i decided to buy your package and paid Rs 5000/- . Your Punjabi bagh outlet closed without any notice and creating ruckus for me. On contacting H&G officials i was asked to commute to GK outlet which is 50 Kms far from my place (Roundway - 100 Kms) i.e. far beyond my reach. I paid for your punjabi bagh outlet and not GK outlet. I have been calling you as well but there is no response from your side aswell. So i would like you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount. I have already been tortured to core and i hope you payback my money as soon as possible or i have to take unforseen steps.
